Yesterday we hosted a coaching clinic for the youth hockey coaches at Kensington Valley. Youth hockey coaches donate their time and efforts throughout the year while carrying pucks, drawing boards and whatever else to the practices. Their pay is zero unless you include the satisfaction of developing the physical attribute and minds of the youngsters. They all should be commended.

We have developed this blog as a free tool for all coaches to access information. We will continually post drills, concept, ideas, videos and anything else. You are encouraged to post comments on any specific post. This way we can have feedback and dialog.

Thanks to all the coaches who attended the off ice and the on ice portion of the coaching clinic yesterday. You all should be commended.
