South Lyon Hockey Summer Strength & Conditioning

SOUTH LYON PREP HOCKEY
TEAM TRAINING

This strength and conditioning program will include developing Olympic style lifts, Kettlebell exercises and dynamic (plyometric/quickness/agility) athletic movements. Athletes will be stronger, both mentally and physically, for whatever they encounter on the ice. Athletes will focus on proper form then progress using appropriate loads while focusing on developing core strength. Our strength and conditioning coaches have extensive playing and coaching experiences in athletics.
The on-ice training will involve hockey specific skill work – skating/passing/shooting/puck control/contact drills.
